I Cut People "Dumbed Downers" EP was created during the holidays 2007-2008. This album focuses on the downfall of the american mainstream media. Like the last album, it focuses on word cuts and forming my own propaganda out of recycled materials. Most of this album was created by sampling radio news podcasts. Dedicated to Emery Nikoli.
